先天性囊性腺瘤樣畸形( congenital cystic adenomatoidmalformation, CCAM) 是一種罕見的先天性肺發育不良疾病, 世界首次報道是在1949 年由 Ch′in 和Tang 根據尸檢結果提出。患者大多數為胎兒或兒童, 成人較為罕見, 多數成人病例均有誤診經歷。本文報道我院近期收治的1 例經病理證實的成人病例, 因其影像學與既往描述的病例不同, 故報道以供參考。
